Refresher Training Course in Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boats (STCW)
OBJECTIVE
The aim of the course is to enable seafarers to demonstrate continued proficiency in the operation of Fast Rescue Boats/Craft in accordance with STCW Section A-VI/2, paragraph 11. This course meets the requirements of Transport Canada’s REF-FRC.

Operate under a Helicopter
Emergency Radio Communications
DURATION:
6 ½ hours / per candidate
3 ½ hours of lecture
2 ½ hours of simulation exercises / per candidate
½ hour in-water pool session
