ACT: Advanced Coxswain Training Program (Lifeboat)
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this course is to enable lifeboat coxswains to maintain their skills through simulation augmented lifeboat drills. This course is optimized for onboard training and supports compliance with the following:
MODU Code: MSC.1/Circ.1486 - Intermediate Training forming part of an Alternate Compliance Program
SOLAS: MSC.1/Circ.1578 - Additional Special Drills to augment traditional SOLAS boat drills

VALIDITY: Two and a Half (2 ½) Years
