The Top 75 Defence Companies ranking was recently released by Canadian Defence Review (CDR), one of the most reputable publications known industry-wide. Virtual Marine is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the Top 75 for 2017.

The annual rankings are selected based on factors such as economic impact to the country, research & development initiatives, innovation, contribution to the nation’s security, national and international contract wins, and excellence of management and support of Canada’s military.

CDR completed the annual survey and ranking of defence companies just in time for the CANSEC 2017 conference. The rankings are featured in CDR’s current Special CANSEC Edition, which will be distributed at the conference.

Virtual Marine is looking forward to continuing its involvement in projects as a proven provider of testing and integration capabilities for defence contracts both in Canada and globally. Its embedded radar simulator has supported several frigate programs for integration/testing and is ready for shipboard use. The range of available simulation scenario software includes radar and ice management features, among others.

Virtual Marine also develops customized simulators using vessel-specific equipment for Lifeboats and Fast Rescue Boats (FRB).
